It’s been a week. We started with last Saturday and a misty, rainy day. The boy, as one of the only freshman did a College Showcase up by NY. We were advised to do one early so that he could experience it and then wait until gets bigger.

The boy showed no fear. They broke them into groups. He managed to win his group’s fielding competition. Mind you, he was going against upper classmen. And then there was his time on the mound in front of scouts. He jumped right up to do. We were super proud of him and his willingness to just go for it.

We have officially entered fall season. This little girl thinks herself a squirrel with her love of acorns.

Mike officially got his SUV back and turned in his rental. It’s a bit unfortunate as we liked to call him Tripple Fer Part II

Finally, this little guy made his return this week. He keeps running into the window. Dashing between branches and singing. He’s a beauty.
