It’s been a busy few days. The boy spent the weekend up at The Big Show Tourney. They brought home some hardware after two thrilling victories, both extra innings on Sunday.

He had special visitors, Cameron and Angie. They drove up from Virginia where Cam has training. It was a quick but really fun day. They got to watch two games, in the rain, and then we spent the night together while Z ran around with his teammates. Honestly, it was good that they came because it gave me someone to hang and night time yogurt was a plus.

It was a fun time running with current teammates and finding old teammates that were up there at the same tourney.

We also had time for family. Last week, we went to watch Archmere play baseball. It was one of the first nice days in awhile. Family remains at the core of our life, close and far away, and we couldn’t be happier.
