We celebrated birthdays this weekend. Great Grandmom turned 94, still elegant and beautiful as ever. Daddy tuned as well and we celebrated with dinner and cake.

Zachary finished his month at his new training facility. We were able to talk with Travis, the player development guy. I casually asked about their travel team hoping he could guest play for exposure. Unfortunately, they just got rid of their younger teams and teams start at age 13. Travis stopped mid thought and said I bet he could play up next year no problem. Never no where life will take you but its good to have options

Even though it’s been a busy few sports weeks, Zachary has also been busy with school. This week was filled with quizzes and he aced all of them. He took the challenge on to do both sports and schools and so far is handling them well.

Finally unbeknowst to me, I married into royalty. Somewhere over there in Scotland, our people are calling for us. Thats how it goes when the hubby’s family is related to Robert the Bruce.
