Week in Rewind: Jan 20

We have officially entered into another sport season, basketball. With Covid, there was no season last year. This year is moving forward. Zachary did not disappoint. He came out on fire scoring 6 points. unfortunately he went cold after that point. But he had a really cool pass from a long distance, that led to a layup to a teammate. And my boy, played point guard. Not a bad start to the season. Hard to imagine not long ago, he looked like this:

So d day arrived for daddy. He took his first ever colonoscopy. He mustered..I mean squirted his way through it. Zachary and I had so much laughing. Daddy not so much. The poor guy couldn’t eat for a day, which almost killed him. Want to know our new nickname for him…poopypanties. As they say, pay back is better served cold…mommy is up next. Although I cant imagine I won’t walk the dogs, before taking anything, because I (and I quote) need to conserve energy.

In other news, the pups continued their quest to merge into one dog. Seriously these two love to cuddle. And yes. They are fixed.

It’s been a busy week in this family. But I really need to go, daddy is almost finished and I’m sure he’s hungry. With McDonald’s next door, I’m wondering if he begins round two tonight. Ha!
