Return to normality

This week, we entered the second week of school. As we shook off some of the rust, we are slowly making our way into a routine.

This guy heads to school with daddy around 8: 25. The house gets noticeably quieter and cleaner. The pups and I settle into our work day, which is only disturbed when I go to the restroom. Then you return to this. And yes, JuJu made the full trip to the bathroom with me. He’s just not visible here

Afternoons become about school work and baseball. Luckily homework has been limited so far. Baseball not so much. The man loves to practice and play games.

And then just when the week looked normal, something huge happened. It’s been building for years so much so that apathy was setting in that no change would occur. But alas, like a volcano ready to explode, underground pressure was mounting. So when Zachary came out while mommy was swimming and simply said, Michael is calling. My radar went up. Could it be the news we have all been waiting for! Why yes, it was. The man who sucked the life out of SC football was officially fired.

And just like that life returned to normal. We’re back in a school routine and hopefully SC is back to acting like the Blue Blood that it is. So we trod on until we encounter something new and adventurous.
