Week in Rewind

We are definitely in the dull drums of winter. It seems like every other day has been freezing and snowing.

With that said, two little pups really like chasing each other in the snow. It’s the speed and agility of Reecie versus the brute power of JuJu. Last night, they spent a good five minutes just madly chasing each other from one corner of the property to the next. I’m not sure what triggers this sheer excitement, but I’m pretty sure something does.

Lately, this guy has been taking daily walks with me during lunch. I really enjoy this time. He gets to tell me about his day. Sometimes we talk about random silly stuff (like how Peyton pretends her mic isn’t working), while others it’s about life lessons. It’s good for both of us and sure makes the walk that much faster.

Speaking of our walks, this little girl has come such a long way. She was the pup who really wasn’t all into walking when we first got her. Remember, she would put all of her five pounds and resist. Flip forward to today, she is a master walker. She loves her walks and knows just when it is her turn to do so.

Mike and I have both been watching Cobra Kai on Nexflix. Yes, it is pure eye candy story lines which are predictable and unimaginative, but for some reason we can’t stop watching. Nothing brings out happiness with daddy than 80s music and this show has plenty of it. Any way, it’s an easy watch and brings back memories of our own little black belt.
