Great Grandmom

Last weekend, we played our second to last baseball tournament. The last couple of weeks, Z has been a little frustrated. Hitting the ball well, but right at fielders for outs. That all changed on Sunday, when he went red hot hitting the ball all over the place. Unfortunately, we lost in the final, but the boys still played hard.

Afterward, we went to visit Great Grandmom. It was lovely fall day so we met outside by the gardens. We haven’t spent any time with her because of the pandemic so it was nice to see her. We also got to Facetime, Nick and Alina to see their new baby. Super cute and adorable. She’s going to be a charmer.

Spending time with the ones you love, balances out the loses in life. That was a neat thing to do after a baseball and changed our day. I’m just happy that we have this amazing lady still in our life. And she got a red, hotrod scootter to help walk around. Life is good.
