Easter

We celebrated Easter last Sunday. Yes, it was much different than our normal day.

First, we watched church service in our “not best wear”. No pretty gowns and suits in this household. Someone was a little squirmy while the other claimed to be praying in his Super Man PJs. (inquiry minds would like to know whether he was really napping.

There was our traditional Easter egg hunt. Gone are the days of easy egg hunting. And then the fun games began, basketball and baseball. The boy got a really cool Easter gift, pitching machine. We’ve been having a blast with it.

We finished up the day with a turkey dinner. Mommy successfully made gravy. And the turkey went fast in this household.
