Last Thursday was the last day of school. To say the boy was pleased would be an understatement.
It’s been a growth year full of new challenges and buddies. We had heard from other parents that 3rd grade was no joke. But the boy handled it like a trooper, with a full assortment of school and extracurricular activities. It wasn’t always easy, but somehow we hung tough. And in the end, the boy made Honor’s List all three trimesters.
So now the boys of summer can officially celebrate. Bring on shorts, flip flops and warm weather! We’re ready.
