Last weekend, we played our first basketball game.  Unfortunately, we didn’t get the win. I was super happy how they battled back after being down by 8 in the first half.  The final, 12-8 became a close one after Zachary made his first shot.  With only a minute and a half left, we ran out of time, but the boys hustled.

We still are struggling with our set play.  I’m hoping tonight at practice we iron some of the assignment errors out, we’ll see.

The last few weeks, my Facebook has been littered with pictures of Zachary playing basketball.  Pretty cute to see and amazing how much he has grown.  Check this one out from two years ago.  That cute little boy has become a long and lean, 8 year old
