Last weekend, the boys played in another tournament. This one was much cooler and windier..but the bats were hot.  As in sizzling

On Saturday, the boys won both of their games. Z did not pitch, but he did a great job of getting on base…between walking and hitting.

On Sunday, he pitched as the closer  and promptly shut the game down

By the last game, the boy was 2-3 and 1 walk. Finally his bat woke up too.

And before you know it, 6 innings we’re over and we were champs.
