I’m not gonna lie. Something about hot summer days on the beach leads directly to ice cream nights.

The last couple of days has resulted in a lot of boogie boarding.  And the boy is getting much better at it.

There has been plenty of paddle board and footballs getting tossed around too.  The good news,the boy pleads with daddy to play paddle board…which based on the chasing after that small ball is a major win for mommy.

And let’s not forget the night time dog walks

So you can see why a lad could get a hankering for ice cream at night…and by lad, I’m not talking about the 8 year old.
