7U Champs

Last weekend was a busy one.  A nine o’clock game followed by an eleven.  Win both games and only play one game for the championship.

The first game was a close one with the other All Out Team.  Only winning by a run, they brought Zachary in to pitch the final inning.  The boy struggled a bit but ended the game with a strike out to preserve the win

During the second game, he went 3-4, all singles…and somehow made it safely back the bag on a run out

Sunday was not his best day.  The bat was more silent and his pitching was a little erratic….but he made two great plays in the field as pitcher and then struke out the third batter…not too shabby.

With that, they became Champions of the Mother’s Day Tournament
