Today, we spent the morning in DC. The day called for rain, but we woke to a bright warm one.
When the boy asks for a room with a view, he gets one…as in the top floor with amazing views of nighttime DC….or day time people watching. See how tired everyone looks mommy…
We also loaded him up with the complimentary breakfast prior to our trek. This boy can eat and he loves the JW especially for this breakfast
We then headed out. First stop was the Mall where we ran into Ferris Buhlere’s Ferrari. Turns out the movie didn’t use a real Ferrari because of the expense so they built a mock one with parts from cheaper makers (such as Fiat)
We then spent a quick trip to the National American Indian museum..and I mean quick. Luckily, we’ve already been here
The day was so nice that we spent the remainder near the Capitol grounds.
There was the slickly Ricky pose, a little modernized. I will not surrender
Teddy doing Washington. As you can see, Teddy will be getting a bath
And mommy’s favorite, serious Zachary in front of Commission headquarters. Mommy, there are armed guards
It was a fun, fast, exhausting couple of days, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I will forever cherish these moments and how excited he was to go with mommy.
