A boy and his bear are hard to separate. Teddy arrived at our house on Zachary’s first Christmas, a gift from Grandma. The two of them quickly bonded. Zachary lugging him every where. He’s been to California, Ohio and Maine, but was nearly lost in a parking lot in NJ. Our wonderful hair dresser frantically looked everywhere for him. He was only to be found on her walk to the car. An excited call later and we were reunited with Teddy
These days, Teddy is a little more rough around the edges. He crumbles instead of staying upright, but that doesn’t matter to Zachary. They’re still best buds. In a time when they grow up so fast, a boy and his childhood friend makes my heart melt.
