Yes, we finally did it.  The Eagles beat the Patriots to win their first world championship.

The day was one to remember.  We started with dinner and Mike making his homemade pizza…and Mom Mom bringing wings and shrimp

There was the pre-game photo shoot and a little boy determined to watch past his bed time

The game was tight and an awesomely called 4th and one was perfectly executed (take that Tom Brady)

When the “great” Tom Brady was stripped the game looked to he in hand, which resulted in a ton of this

And the boy….slept through the waning moments (missed all of the stress) and woke as Super Bowl champs..gotta nice ring to it, doesn’t it!

It also means that Philly got to celebrate…to which the city did it epicly.  But one guy, Jason Kelce,  stole the show and although, the language could have been better, the messsge was loud and clear.  Never let others determine your worth.   We Eagles fans may get a bad wrap, but the passion and loyalty of this fan base is undeniable…and now we get to raise a    Championship banner.
