Pretty quiet week around here.  It’s the calm before the storm. School starts in another week, which means back to the routine.  Part of me dreads that routine…but the other part knows how fast those routines go and are suddenly gone.   So I chose to embrace it.

I had a long conversation with Zachary about being an “information seeker” in life. Learn as much as you can and build that into your life.  Life is so much more enjoyable that way. Nothing worse than an idle mind.

So far we have been lucky with school. Two great teachers. I’m just hoping we get a third and it’s an amazing year.  One more week of freedom and then the work begins.  The heart and soul beats onward
