Last weekend, we celebrated a special milestone, the 50th Anniversary of Mom Mom and Pop Pop  They really are a cute couple and it’s clear to see the love that exists between them. They have given so much to their family so we wanted to make the anniversary memorable

So, we invited friends and family to help us celebrate…and we pulled it off as a surprise.  So much fun to see the reaction

They renewed their vows.  Mom Mom was beaming, Pop Pop had tears in his eye.  And someone snuck in a kiss before the minister said you may kiss the bride. Those whacky teenagers

There was lots of good food and music.  All of our wedding songs were played including Great Grandmom’s.  The boys took turns dancing with her, which melted my heart

I feel so blessed to be a part of this wonderful family.  It is because of your successful marriage, that we have been able to live in harmony. To parents who we love so dearly, much happiness and love.  Happy 50th!!
