The last few days have been blazing hot..as in 90 plus. I’m not quiet sure how it is possible to go from damp, dreary weather to a May scorcher, but we’ve managed to do it.  And I, for one, am not complaining.  Bring out the sun

And with the pool open, beckoning everyone to jump right in…there really was just one that took up that calling.

He came home from school, changed, and made his way out. It’s really cold, maybe you should dip your feet in, said mommy. Nonsense, I could hear him say as he went charging down the diving board. With that, we oficially kicked off swim season…although he did scream COLD as he came back up.  As for mommy, I’ll give the pool just a tad more time to make my grand entrance, but I cant wait
