Kindness Matters

Last week, Zachary’s school celebrated a week of kindness matters. I love this message and am glad it is driven home at a young age. We like to tell the boy, to whom much is given, much is expected.  And by that we mean giving back.

Zachary spent his week saying hello to strangers, opening doors and helping random kids at school. The boy does have a big heart.

On Sunday night, we made a couple of lunches to be given to the homeless. On Monday, mommy dropped them off in Philly.

I’m really thinking of making this more of a routine. It does the soul good.
