Last weekend we started our quest for basketball nirvana. But alas, it was not to be. The boy shot many times, each time coming up just short. But as they say, a new day..a new game

This morning, the boy had his basketball pictures:

And then rushed over to the gym for our second game.  Zachary played tenacious defense, including a diving pass steal and a pick pocket off of the point guard

But ladies, the boy made his first basket, a corner shot that went in..and his reaction was priceless, pure joy.  And he’s becoming a better dribbler, holler.  Makes me smile hearing his excitement after the games
