Thanksgiving

This year, we went back to making turkey at home.  Doesn’t it always taste better at home?  We actually prepped for many more people, but my parents couldn’t come at the last minute. That didn’t stop us from cooking a 27 pound turkey!

What I love about our family is the willingness to help. It truly is an all hands on deck process. And yes, Great Grandmom brought her A game, once again, with the gravy.

We truly are bless with an amazing family.  You know the type that will play minute to win it games after a big dinner.  How many people does it take to roll a golf ball with a measuring tape into a bowl from 3 feet away?  The answer, many people when the tape is bent..but we sure did try!

Another successful Thanksgiving in the book.  It was a fun day that went way to cooking.  And a bonus, I found a new dressing recipe that was really good.  Much to be thankful for..
