It was a crazy fast week for us.  Work was nutty.  School work continued on.  Karate kept us moving.  And this weekend, daddy is running the Rock n Roll Half Marathon.  What would life be without controlled chaos.

We did manage to get the pool several times this week….cold water doesn’t stop the boy.

With the cooler weather, it’s been much nicer walking the dogs…and on two days there were multiple walks…yes, Bella needs to walk off some summer indulgence.

And the little guy snuck in some time for his favorite English cartoon, Holly and Meg…which cracks me up because we have a Holly and Meg in the family.

Until the cold weather begins…I promise you this, we’ll be using ever outdoor time available.

Finally, I stumbled across this gem on Facebook.  Love this clever writing and way of letting her son know it’s time to call.  (I’m going to file this away for when the boy is in college).  The story about Wall Mart and the missing purse goes out to my dad…because this right in their wheel house.
