And so it begins. The little guy is officially registered for kindergarten. Now needs to take the test to make sure ready. This week we also picked up his pre school pictures. And found the below gem. The little guy in his graduation hat and gown. Yes it’s sad and I can’t believe how fast….But we’ve been talking a lot to him about embracing change. And growing personally. I like to ask him what are the two most important body parts and he responds your hear and head. Heart for love. Head for character.
Speaking of growth. The little guy is doing so well in both sports (yes there has been no soccer because of rain)..but he’s jumped right into tball. Tomorrow we celebrate opening day. Strike up your best John Foferty:
Oh put me in coach, I’m ready to play today. Put me in coach I’m ready to play today Look at me I can be center field.
Or Rollingstones: it’s only rock n roll but I like it…for my little rock star
Last weekend we also celebrated Easter. Someone had a totally awesome time. Can you say brunch..and unlimited eating. Let’s just say, the boy had his fair share. We then headed back to the grandparents for a hunt and plenty of play time with Pop Pop and the cousins.
And he actually told us the story of Easter. I have to say the boy got most of the story right.
The best part, he gave some of his candy to his Korean tutor, all about the heart baby!
