Let’s see. The little guy did great again in karate. The best part, there is one kid who always seems to be put in timeout (a class troublemaker, if you will). This week saw the little guy kick a big blue ball straight into that kid’s face. As the master said, see, you weren’t paying attention, Mama could hardly contain herself. The little guy blasted that ball…and well, it was quiet funny. Mama, pull yourself together
Our little fish returned to the pool. We went bright and early to swim. And the little guy did not disappoint, motoring around the facilities. Still working toward no floaters…but looking marvelous as ever
Mama found a special gift from the little guy. He put one if his cars in my pocket, and that made my day.
We had a mini meltdown at Old MacDonalds. Daddy made the mistake of buying 10 nuggets and fries, on the premise of lunch the next day. As we talked, I suddenly noticed that the boy had eaten the fries (with help) and 6 of the nuggets. In other words, a lot of food for a boy that size. When we tried to take the nuggets away, someone was not happy. Which gets me back to karate. When we were getting the little guy changed after class. I suddenly noticed a tiny red shoe next to his pontoon size shoes. Which got me to thinking: the boy has incredibly sized shoes for that age. And 6 nuggets at Old MacDonalds isn’t going to cut it eventually…
