It’s in the books: the little guy’s first swim class. And he was a man among babies. No literally he was. The only big guy in the group. No one will splash this boy around. And he was the only one who jumped off the side of the pool with no fear. Surfs up Mama
The week also brought a bunch of new “why”. Who knew kids were full of such insight questions such as
Why do I have to go to bed
Why do I have to pick up my toys
Why do I have to wear PJs to bed
Because Mama said so, buddy. Because Mama said so
And this week we has our first time out at school. well at least the first one that the little guy openly told on himself about
Little guy “i got a time out Mama.
Mama: “why”.
Little guy: “I put mulch down Nathan’s shirt”.
Mama: “why”.
Little guy: giggles.
Clearly being one of the bigger kids in the class has its advantages.
