Travel Call

We can now officially say travel call.  And boy, are these sweet words to our ears.  Today, we spoke to our doctor at CHOP who confirmed that the specialist found his MRI to be perfectly normal.  Sweet Relieve!  It’s been an up and down month for us, but this made the wait more than worth it.  We now officially know that we will be traveling to Korea and bringing home a healthy baby boy.

Our agency in Oregon is confirming with Korea to see if we can travel next week.  We are certainly hoping to do so.  Things would not be the same without a small glitch.  The Monday that we are there is a holiday, which technically should be the day we are supposed to meet him.  So, we shall see if we can leave Wed or Thursday.

Somewhere there are some lessons to be learned:  (1) stick with your convictions. no matter what others have to say; (2) patience is a virtue: that one is for my grandmother linn; (3) happiness come to those who wait; (4) trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to your own understandings—God will decide on his own timeframe.  So, we are here at last.
